EVERYDAY EXAMPLES

I need swag with my logo on it.
The best logo file formats for printing business cards, brochures, clothing, swag, and more, are vector files. Use EPS or PDF files.
I need to put my logo on a website.
The best logo file format for a transparent background is PNG and SVG.
When do I use a JPG?
Well, not often. You can use a JPG file if a transparent background isn’t an issue.
I can’t open these files. What’s going on?
Some file types that are used for designers and print vendors won’t open without the software used to create it. So if you are trying to open an .EPS file and nothing is happening, don’t worry, you just don’t have the software needed to view it. But that’s ok! These files are for designers and vendors. You should be able to open .JPG, .PNG and .PDF files to see your logo.
